MW Cleaners Launches “Backing the Blue” Initiative - Kingwood

MW Cleaners, the premier dry cleaners in the Houston area and recent winner of Woodlands Online’s “Best of The Woodlands” award, is showing its support for area law enforcement with its “Backing the Blue” initiative, running the week of Monday, September 14 through Saturday September 19.

For the “Backing the Blue” special, members of official Houston area law enforcement agencies can bring in up to six items of their uniform clothing for laundry – and dry cleaning, if needed – for no charge.

Mike Nesbit, president of MW Cleaners, feels strongly about using this initiative to show support to law enforcement. “We appreciate who they are and what they do,” he said. “We are presenting our ‘Backing the Blue’ initiative as an extension of our support.”

Local agencies that can bring their uniforms in to be cleaned include Houston Police Department, Cypress Police Department, Katy Police Department, Conroe Police Department, Sugar Land Police Department, Pearland Police Department, Houston Police Officers’ Union, South Houston Police Department, Harris County Sheriff's Office, Harris County Constable Precinct 4, Harris County Precinct 8 Constable's Office, and Harris County Office of Homeland Security & Emergency Management.
