Texas Saw Mill Festival Sign Up Available - Kingwood

Hello East Montgomery Chamber of Commerce Members,

With ten weeks left until the June 6th festival date, we are well under way in preparing for this year’s Texas Sawmill Festival. Several success stories have come in from Chamber members who have secured vendor and sponsorship participation from our neighbors in the local public.

We are very excited for this progress, and want to make it easier for Chamber members to engage their personal, professional, and social networks to get involved in volunteering for the event.

By going to TexasSawMillFestival.com, clicking on the “Resources” tab, then clicking the “Volunteer Sign-Up” link, located in the blue “Applications” section to the right of the page, Chamber members, and members of the general public will be sent to the Festival’s SignUpGenius page.

All 115 of the positions we are looking to fill are sorted and listed by Date, Time, and Available Slot, with event heading and number of volunteers needed.

Click “Sign Up” , for events requiring more than one volunteer per time slot, use the drop down to select how many volunteer will attend, in the “My Comment” section, provide volunteer names, as well as t-shirt size, and continue to register with a valid email address and phone number.

After this brief registration process, the SignUpGenius page will be updated, with the information provided.

As the event date approaches, we will continue to be in touch. We look forward to, and depend on, all Chamber members’ continued support through volunteering to make this year’s Festival a success for the community, the Chamber, and all its members.
