On Friday September 12, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the public is invited to join Arbor Terrace, Atria, Hospice Compassus and Silverado at the Kingwood Community Center for a day of interactive discussions, complimentary health screening services, live entertainment, raffle prizes and refreshments. Learn how to stay active and remain healthy as you age.

Free flu shots will be given to the first 25 participants!
