Lawyer Laxton Announces Law Office Opening - Kingwood

Harry Laxton Jr. has opened his law office in Kingwood, Texas.  He was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1991.  Mr. Laxton has litigated in courts in several states, including Texas, California, New York, Virginia, and Delaware.

Mr. Laxton graduated Baylor Law School, and his undergraduate degree is in electrical engineering.  He has deposed 100’s of witnesses, including experts such as electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, safety engineers, and economists.

Attorney Harry Laxton Jr. has been a member of the Emerging Technologies Committee and Patent Litigation Committee of the American Intellectual Property Legal Association, and he has guest lectured at the University of Texas at Arlington, Virginia Commonwealth University, and Brazoria County Bar Association.  He has been published in the American Bar Association’s Trial Practice Journal and the IP & Technology Law Journal.
