According to Preschool Director/Lead Teacher, Kristin West, “The Academy at Rowland Ballard is a brand NEW preschool experience in the Kingwood area. We focus on educating the "whole" child through academics, dance, gymnastics, music and theatre. Education excellence, untiring dedication and outstanding child care is our teaching philosophy.”

Also included in the curriculum are math, reading, science and Spanish. Weekly ballet, gymnastics and theatre programs are taught by professional directors and instructors. There is also a music program featuring exposure to various instruments including guitar, drums and piano.

A bi-weekly soccer program is taught indoors under controlled and safe conditions by a director with 17 years of playing and coaching experience.
