In celebration of Constitution Day, a local Humble business, Beckwith’s Car Care, hosted a memorable community event at their location at 1919 FM 1960 Bypass East, Humble, Texas.

To entertain the audience, Beckwith’s invited various performing teams to attend. In keeping with the true meaning of the event, local veterans helped start things off with a patriotic flag ceremony. Following was the National Anthem sang by Keith Philips, a junior at Atascocita High and a member of the A Capella Madrigal Choir.

Then the performances began with dance skits by Haley Colburn, Alexa Pagano, and Hannah Bounds from Lake Houston Performing Arts. Rounding out the event was a demonstration performed by the Atascocita TaeKwondo Academy Demo Team led by Tiger-Rock Martial Arts Instructor, Al Hiroms.

The performances were real crowd pleasers and the ceremonies were closed by having the staff and their spouses serve hot dogs and cookies to everyone.

Host, Lynn Beckwith, owner of Beckwith’s Car Care, says she loves hosting this event each year in recognition of the signing of our country’s Constitution. Copies of the Constitution are given out at this event, but are also available at Beckwith’s year round.
