Memorial Service for Marine Sgt. Brandon Bury - Kingwood

There will be a memorial service for Marine Sgt. Brandon Bury at St. Martha's Church this Saturday morning, June 19th.

Marine Sergeant Brandon Bury was killed on Sunday, June 6 during combat operations in Kabul. He was 26 years of age and a 2002 graduate of Kingwood High School. In his 26 short years, Brandon lived a lifetime of service to other people.

There has been a request for the community to show honor for this young man by lining Woodland Hills Dr. with flags so that his family will drive through a sea of people showing their appreciation for his service.

Please share this information with friends, family, groups so that his family may receive the comfort of knowing Brandon's ultimate sacrifice was felt by his community.

It is suggested that we be in place by 9:30 am or earlier as the family will pass by around 9:45 am.
