On Sat., April 24th, we are hosting a "Drive One 4UR Schools" event in conjunction to the districts' Fine Arts Festival at Lonestar College of Kingwood. Ford Motor Company donates $20.00 for every test drive! We will have 10-12 cars on site to drive and admire.

That's where you come in-we need volunteers throughout the day to make this even a success! Each volunteer will receive lunch, drinks, and a small goodie bag for your efforts. Each job is broken up in 2 hour shifts:

Test Driver (the easiest-just show up and drive...and bring 10 of your friends with you): Must have a valid DL and be 18 yrs old. Only 1 per household address

Test Drive Monitor (2 hrs) Sit in the car with the test driver and make sure the test drive form is filled in completely, including survey (need 10-12 people for this job)

Test Drive Station Lead (2 hrs) Remain at Test Drive area and greet test drivers, volunteers, and patrons, and keep station traffic steady (need 4 volunteers)

Event Traffic Cops (2 hrs) Draw traffic to our event and speak with Fine Arts Festival patrons informing them where they can go to test drive and educating them about the Drive One event, mission, etc... (need 6 volunteers)

For more information on this event or to sign up-please contact Jeanette Ramirez at 281-641-8096 or jeanette.ramirez@humble.k12.tx.us.
