The United States Honor Flag, which has flown over Ground Zero following the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center and still flies today all around this nation, will be featured at weekend worship services at the North Campus of Second Baptist Church, 22770 Highway 59 North. Weekend services are on Saturday, November 7 at 6PM and Sunday, November 8 at 9:30 and 11AM.

Worship services will include a tribute to our Military and to First Responders as part of Second’s fall emphasis, Second Celebrates Houston. For eleven weekends, from September 12 & 13 through November 28 & 29, the Second family has been celebrating the various professional and demographic groups that make up our great city by having a special emphasis each week. It is our desire that Second Celebrates Houston will welcome new faces into our worship services and encourage those already coming to invite the heroes, leaders and friends in their own lives.

Second Baptist Church, a multi-site church with more than 50,000 members at five Houston-area locations, is pastured by Dr. Ed Young. Over the years the church has experienced phenomenal and unprecedented growth in worship, Bible Study, mission outreach, and evangelism. For more information about our church, please visit our website at www.second.org.
