The Kingwood Rotary Club is on a mission to save lives and is looking for blood donors to join the cause. Individuals may donate at the Rotary Club’s blood drive July 5 at Alspaugh Ace Hardware. Donating blood takes just under an hour from start to finish and can save up to three lives.

The Kingwood Rotary Club was recently recognized by its district with the Gift of Life Award for its life-saving efforts. All who attempt to donate at this drive will receive a free T-shirt and a coupon from Alspaugh Ace Hardware.

Commit for Life donors who successfully complete two donations or a single double red cell donation between May 1 and Aug. 31 will be eligible to order a Kroger gift card worth $15 from the Commit for Life store. A handling fee of 200 Commit for Life store points applies.
