LSC - Kingwood Celebrates Mardi Gras - Kingwood

The New Student Association (NSA) hosted the first Krewe of Coyote Mardi Gras parade.  All student clubs and organizations were encouraged to participate by decorating a golf cart and tossing beads on the campus parade route.  The parade was led by the Jam Band who immediately had students and staff up off their feet dancing. The parade ended on the plaza of the Health Science Building where everyone enjoyed King Cake and listened to the sounds of Zydeco.  NSA is under the direction of student officers John Fisher and Jana McKelroy and encourages all students to participate and get involved with campus activities.

The Veterans Club float was driven by staff sponsor Tammi Bodenhamer with Anna Tapps riding along and Brandon Wright walking along side.
