Size-wise, she doesn't look like a long term meth user, so I would guess she is either selling, or someone else that lives in the house was selling.  If it is not her, I hope she isn't stupid and covers for the @$$hole who is selling from her house.

No. More like reduction in force, hands tied/not allowing police to do their jobs, and, oh, yeah, the damn border, although in all fairness, most meth is home grown. It's so cheap to make. 4951

@ForeCPA90: Don't omit that they get their stuff subsidized by insurance.  Those socialite druggie scumbags are a dime a dozen and tend to be very judgmental of those buying their drugs with their own money.  The irony is rich.
