Besides groceries, there's not a whole lot to buy local. KW isn't exactly thriving with popular non-chain businesses. Amazon and the folks on Etsy make a killing here though.

Let's face it, most folks are here because it's outside the beltway, good schools and 59 is the lesser of evils for a commute. 4951

I think one of the biggest problems now is that the disappointed people are being laughed at and ridiculed. It's rather rude and I think you are definitely running off the very people who spend their money in this community. Buy local, #~>* that!

You laugh about upset kids and make fun of their feelings, toughen them up you say. I would much rather have a disappointed child than a child like yours who is never upset about anything because they have zero expectations. That's pathetic, those are the kids who will succeed in life. NOT lol

So when you're being nasty and rude to your neighbors and fellow citizens, just remember who buys local.

I think I will call the firework vendor, I think they should read these posts, it's only fair since they're being thrown under the bus.

That's exactly what I'm going to do. Let's get the other side of the story. Then all will be answered.

And Ally, you're a business owner in Kingwood and you seem to be the most vocal and rude of all. Do you expect us to want to do business with you? If you fail in what you're hired to do, do you tell people to suck it up? Do you respond with, oh mistakes happen lol we work so hard that it's fine when we mess up?

I'm glad fireworks are banned from COH. This thread and the 4 other firework threads justifies the fact that people act stupid over fireworks.

If you want to see the fireworks next year now you know that you've got to pay to play. You can't get a refund for a free event. I've been to the Town Center fireworks show at least 10 times. Yes, there's a process of getting in and out and it's always hot as hell. It's just a little crazy to take it this far. Hating someone that ruined a fireworks show is silly when we have an area filled with really bad people to hate.
