On 3/24/17, around 2:30PM, a Montgomery County PCT 4 Constable Deputy witnessed several individuals walk underneath a bridge just north of Northpark on Highway 59. The deputy couldn’t stop at that time since he was heading to back up another deputy on a call. However, soon after completing the call, he returned to the scene and witnessed three individuals spray-painting the structure under the bridge.

The deputy made contact with the suspects and an investigation commenced. Along with all the spray paint and other evidence, it was discovered that one the suspects was also in possession of marijuana “wax”.

All three subjects were arrested and charged with felony graffiti (1 of them was also charged with felony possession of a controlled substance).

Constable Hayden stated he’s proud of his deputy’s actions. "They go above and beyond daily, getting out of their vehicles and investigating suspicious activities which lead to arrests and ultimately making the area a great place for you and your families."

Arrested:
Russom, Eric (41, Splendora)
State Jail Felony - Graffiti
State Jail Felony - PCS

Arriola, Jonathan (17, Kingwood)
State Jail Felony - Graffiti

Rybinski, Gabriel (18, Kingwood)

Great job !! Glad they are off the street. That first guy is too old to do this. Teens usually do this or early twenties. That first one also looks like he was huffing that paint, at least in his eyes. I hope they have to pay to clean it up.

These look like the types of people you would expect to be arrested for this type of crime. Let me guess, off from work today?

Need a Ted Poe like judge around here to sentence them to graffiti cleanup for like 90 days. Tell them they need to be available when they are contacted to come clean it up, wherever, whenever and regardless of how much it is.

Horrible graffiti! They are talentless. I've seen better. Shame on them.

I am not sure what would be more embarrassing.  Getting caught putting up that crap, or being that age and getting caught for graffiti.

I mean don't you think after 12 or 13 it is time to grow up?

And you are right @sweetie, they should now be on the clean up the graffiti crew.

Some real winners there. I agree they should be on the cleaning crew but shouldn't we as residents of Kingwood be able to spray graffiti on them first? Maybe hold a contest on here to determine who gets to do it.

Good job to the police...  Paint it and frame it but don't damage property... IDIOTS!!!
Not that anything they did was worth framing.

Should be a 5,000 dollar fine a piece for this douchbaggery. And they have to do the cleaning, if they do a crappie job of cleaning it, slap an additional 3,000 plus 3 months in jail.

If they are under age, affordable to juvie you go.

Why is a 41 years old man hanging with kids 17 and 18 years old? That's creepier than the graffiti!

I could paint better and not get arrested and have had no lessons in paint can art.

These guys are beyond feeble minded. I call this class functional idiots meaning they actually managed to achieve not getting arrested for a long time and for that I applaud them. Time to pay the piper though. Stupidity has finally over flowed to the the point where it's like grabbing a casserole from the oven bare handed and saying ouch.
