  Kingwood Nation

There is a company called TKO Sports that is calling Kingwood area businesses and claiming to be affiliated with Kingwood High School and Kingwood Athletics.  They claim we have a deal with them to collect money for advertisement on t-shirts that will be given to Kingwood HS.  This is absolutely false.  Do not do business with these people.  They have been taking money from Kingwood businesses without giving anything in return.  This has been going on for almost 4 years now.
So what I need is for you to forward this out to anyone you know that has business in the Kingwood area.  I need to get the word out about these people.  If businesses are interested in supporting Kingwood Athletics, they can contact me directly.
Thank you in advance for helping me get this done and thank you for all the support you give to the Kingwood Athletic Programs.

@ET: When I see no title, I almost always open it to see what was likely zapped.

TKO made the news a couple years back for doing this very same thing.

The BBB is pretty clear on how they feel about them.

"These organizations, sponsors and kids have given their talents, money, and in some cases, the shirts off their backs, only to be short-shirted in a cruel and unfeeling way," BBB President and CEO Dan Parsons said.

I'm afraid our business has given TKO money for shirts and never did receive them. So, what is the next step? Is this a scam or just a misrepresentation?
