Whitworth, Remington (24), State Jail Felony – Possession of Marijuana
Constable Rowdy Hayden stated, “Just another example of different agencies working together towards a common goal. These drugs were destined for the streets of Kingwood and East Montgomery County. I’m very pleased to not allow such substances to fall into the hands of our youth and young adults.”
If you don't have a felony you can own those type of firearms.
But not sure if found with drugs is a felony. So ????
@Jeff1928: Right, just curious about how its reported. Report it was a task force effort Report drugs intended for illegal sale Report guns found Report drug charges. Show picture of guns But no gun charges? I just found that ....interesting.
Hint to all prospective drug dealers, if you have stupid hair cops are going to think you are doing something illegal and look into what you are doing if they get even a hint of drugs. There is a reason that grannies make the best long term dealers............just sayin.
Marijuanna WILL be legalized. It's only a matter of time. I don't use it, but it's time to realize that it's no worse than alcohol. Until that time, it is still illegal and people are going to jail because of it.
