Early this morning (9/1/16), around 2am, Montgomery County Pct. 4 Constable Deputies assisted Houston HIDTA Group H-35 with the surveillance and execution of a narcotics search warrant at the Discovery Apartment Complex, 150 Northpark Plaza in Kingwood. Pct. 4 units made entry into the residence, where two suspects were detained and approximately 3.5 lbs. of hydro-marijuana and marijuana wax were recovered, along with a loaded pistol and a rifle. Both subjects were booked on a felony possession of marijuana charge.Arrested:Brown, Spencer (23), State Jail Felony – Possession of MarijuanaWhitworth, Remington (24), State Jail Felony – Possession of MarijuanaConstable Rowdy Hayden stated, “Just another example of different agencies working together towards a common goal. These drugs were destined for the streets of Kingwood and East Montgomery County. I’m very pleased to not allow such substances to fall into the hands of our youth and young adults.” 4951

Hint to all prospective drug dealers, if you have stupid hair cops are going to think you are doing something illegal and look into what you are doing if they get even a hint of drugs. There is a reason that grannies make the best long term dealers............just sayin. 4951

Marijuanna WILL be legalized.  It's only a matter of time.  I don't use it, but it's time to realize that it's no worse than alcohol.  Until that time, it is still illegal and people are going to jail because of it. 4951
