Ticagro : It was a huge gathering point for CMS students after school. Never had any problems from any of them. I suspect if they could have toughed it out for another month or two that clientele might have saved them.
FreebyrdII: They filed chapter 11 late last year after one year of operating so they have been in trouble for a while. It could just be a case of having too little operating capital to start off with. Franchise info tells me they only require $50k in liquid assets which sounds way low to me.

seem2 : True but nearly all the money lost or earned stays in Kingwood with the owner. Also, the staff also are from Kingwood. There is little difference between a business such as this and a non franchised bakery. Supplies are all acquired from elsewhere, employees are local, etc. 🤷♀️
