And yet another one closer to home

I just had a middle school aged kid cross Northpark right in front of me. He hadn't looked for vehicles, was in no rush, wasn't at a crosswalk, had headphones on and was oblivious of road rules and things going on around him.

They don't even wear helmets while riding around on the e-bikes and scooters.

Abacus : It is such a plague right now and I do not understand it.If you have children who ride bikes, ebikes, scooters or anything else with wheels and they aren't wearing a helmet, you should be held criminally accountable. It is no different than driving around with a kid and no car seat.
