@BobRehak : thank you Bob for this presentation. Amazing study after study. Certainly need COH & MC & Kingwood input as the this will affect us with the SAN Jac. Timing is essential in release of water when storms hit. Waller county needs to be onboard for property, and damns and upkeep. More retention and detention ponds are necessary as well. No building in flood plains.
