donnatella : Yes they want you to eat weeds and crickets and fungus instead of beef or chicken or pork. Yum Yum. Meanwhile they'll be dining on their caviar drinking their best champagne eating dinner cooked by their private chef and then they will fly out on their private jet.Hypocrites

sweetie : Haha. Let me know when Al Gore and the Climate cult starts riding around on bikes and, sells their mansions, stops flying, and eats wheat grass. Oh wait carbon credits will help pacify mother nature. 4951

Wow, no kill meat. www.theguardian.com/ environment/2020/dec /02/no-kill-lab-grow n-meat-to-go-on What the hell. Currently, about 130 million chickens are slaughtered every day for meat, and 4 million pigs. By weight, 60% of the mammals on earth are livestock, 36% are humans and only 4% are wild.

Txbutterfly : But is it gluten free? 😂 4951

TexasOma : Yuumm can I have some more soylent green.

JuanSequin2 : That was a disturbing movie way back when. Now it's coming true!

Same for Logan's Run --- let's chip our children so they can go to Carousel when they're 30. I'm sure there are other SciFi movies that have predicted the future, I don't normally watch SciFi, but occasionally get trapped in them because hubby loves SciFi. And when I do watch one, I come away with the impressions that Soylent Green and Logan's Run leave me with. 4951

JuanSequin2 : Mother nature controls the climate. How do you even go about controlling the climate. I get the emissions but that's always going to be there and they're not going to be able to get rid of it in 10 or 30 or 50 years it's just not going to happen. So it becomes a money maker for people like Al gore and John Kerry. Their organizations get contracts and they get rich and taxpayers lose. Another four years of their BS 4951

SandyKnee : "Only livestock can save us." Dr. Allan Savory is a Zimbabwean ecologist. He believes grasslands hold the potential to sequester enough atmospheric carbon dioxide to reverse climate change with proper livestock management via bunched grazing and moving. 4951

Respectfully,

Climate Change is based more on belief than fact. Most justifications are based heavily flawed studies or quotes from an equally unreliable source. It has morphed into a political ideology and pseudo-religion. Politics are opinion based upon power, greed, and control and not worthy of discussion. I won't debate religion.

Consider this:

1) Given the age of the planet and how widely the temperature has fluctuated over time, what is the ideal temperature that the Earth must be, and how will we maintain it over time?

2) We've heard how shrinking glaciers prove global warming, growing glaciers prove global warming, more storms prove global warming, and fewer storms prove global warming. Diametrically opposed theories refute fact. Which version (or prevarication) is true?

3) Every few years a new threat comes along that threatens our very existence unless drastic action is taken yesterday. The media slams us with sensational headlines backed up by irrefutable scientific evidence to promote these scares. Here are a few "scientific studies" we've encountered over the past 40 years:

- Population would outgrow food supply causing mass starvation before the year 2000
- Oil reserves would be depleted by 1980
- Global Cooling (new ice age) will kill off the crops and we'll starve by 2010
- Dioxin threatened us all (until it was discovered a pint of Ben & Jerry's contains 3,000 times the "safe" level)
- The hole in the ozone layer would continue to grow at an exponential rate - it closed completely as of last month
- Humanity would totally run out of copper, lead, zinc, tin, gold, and silver before 1990
- Due to rising sea levels from glacier melts the Maldives would be completely under water by 2019
- Bovine flatulence creates the majority of CO2 and we need to reduce the number of cattle

And now they tell us consumption of meat is the new crisis?

Nope. Not gonna buy it. Headed to Whataburger in protest. 4951

Quixote : Right.lots of scientists have refuted this climate change feelings. First they called it global warming but when temps were so low it was freezing everywhere they changed it to climate change . 😂😂 4951

But I have so many questions. If its not a live animal, how do they "grow" it says its started w live samples then "fed" plant based, what is fed? It just seems like more tampering w mother nature and trading natural food for chemically enhanced/modified food sources And what about the American rancher? Just put them out of business? They pay taxes for growing animals and tending land no longer needed?

Txbutterfly : I think it is gross and eating something like this. I do not think it could be good for us. 4951
