Whomever typed that letter misspelled to dude's name. It's Bueno, not Bueeno, according to the email address stated. And they need to tell Mr. Bueno, this outage is NO BUENO.

StormChaser: Excellent points all around. Bad/inclement weather, yes. No responsible person would remain in the house with an 8 mo baby. A baby that age isn't able to regulate their 'body temperature' to a measurable degree. And why is Centerpoint working on Juneteenth? Isn't this a national holiday? If I were her, I's be filing a formal written complaint to PUC of TX or ERCOT.

StormChaser : I saw Centerpoint crews on Saturday on Northpark delivering a new transformer to someone. I am guessing that after the last storm outage we had that CP determined some of their transformers needed replacement. Sometimes it doesn't take the full length of time to replace so hopefully they will knock it out in a few hours.

At least they gave them advance notice so they can prepare. Hopefully it doesn't take that long as stated in the letter.

At least they gave them notice. Looks like the letter was dated June 9. They probably received it a few days later. Hopefully, everyone planned ahead of time. I certainly would have purchased some fans or planned to leave the house during those hours. You just have to #findaway sometimes. Life won't always be fair.
