Woodlands Restaurants with parking

Kaylagirl : My sister (lives in Plano) loves that place - but told me to only have one margarita if we go!

Republic Grill is yummy - love their crab cakes.
Landry's is easy to get to and has a large parking lot.

We opted for Pappadeaux. Family used to live in NOLA so it brought back some food memories.

they have a very good brunch, great prices! not sure which days they have it, but their website has the info. they have a very large lot, a spacious outdoor area, if the weather is good, and it is very accessible.

Answering my own question- Someone posted about Xalisco when I was in the area around Christmas time. I don't recall who was the poster but damn, do I love that restaurant! I thought it wasn't the best choice for my family outing or we would have certainly gone there. Everything exceeded my expectations!

You mean Gloria's right? We have been there a few times for lunch ...we like it a lot!!

Annie : The owner/chef was on Houston Life a few days ago - she started out as a school lunch lady! It was a great story.

grinchy : My favorite lunch lady also doubled as the head baker at Tin Roof many moons before. Her name was Mary (not the current Mary at the restaurant) and made the chocolate icing as close to my Mammaw's cooked fudge icing as I have found It brought back so many happy memories with each bite.
