Woodland Hills median: What happened to the Woodland Hills Drive median between Kingwood Drive and North Park? All the grass is brown and looks dead. Was it sprayed with a herbicide? The grass on the other side of the streets is green, as well as on Kingwood Drive median and sides. So it's not for lack of rain.

JEDJR : I guess someone should call KSA or is it KAS?

JEDJR : It looks as if they sprayed the mowing equipment blades with an herbicide and it killed the grass.
