I was wondering if anyone had seen the boy at NP and Woodland Hills today grooving to the music. He was wearing headphones and jamming. Thought he was a HS boy waiting at the light earlier. Then around 7 pm he was still there dancing away. I do not go through that intersection often but did twice today so do not if he has been seen before. Hope he is not homeless.

I saw him also. It just reminded me of the homeless and drugged in Houston. Sad to see it here but hopefully he's just chilling.

I also saw him... I don't know if he was homeless, but I am almost positive his headphones were a pair of the $500 iPhone headphones.

I saw the person on that corner, in New York City they are called 'mentally ill.' Lot's everywhere there, scary in the enclosed space of a subway car, but as long as they are not danger to themselves or others they can not be forced to take medication or be involuntarily admitted to psychiatric hospital.
