Restore your mind, body, and spirit! Jesse H Jones Park & Nature Center is hosting a Women's Restorative Hike on Thursday 12/30/21 from 8-9am. For women ages 18+. This beginner-friendly, one-hour hike through Jones Park is for those who believe in the restorative power that nature has on the mind, body, and spirit. Consult your physician before starting any exercise program. Wear closed-toed shoes and bring a water bottle. Led by volunteer Texas Wadsworth. Reservations required.
