Will You Be the Lucky One to Adopt Sweet Patrick?From the Montgomery County Animal Shelter: If we could give an award to the 'Most Adorable Volunteer,' we'd give it to Patrick's little visitor this week. We're smitten by these sweet photos, thanks to Volunteer Markie. Here's what she had to say about Patrick:
"We stopped by to grab this month's Advantage multi for our pups and ended up taking Patrick out to play. Let me tell you, he'd be at home with us right now if we weren't renters. He's a super mellow guy and just wanted to be best friends with the other dogs walking by. He was also gentle when playing with my daughter and even sat for her when she had a treat. Walking past the outside cat area, he seemed more interested in the cat food than the actual cats themselves. Just an overall good boy! 10/10"Sweet Patrick had a wonderful time making a new little buddy. All he dreams of is his own family, where he will be loved and cared for (and maybe have a young sibling or two)!Patrick is a 2-year old boy, listed as a husky mix - possibly due to those pretty blue eyes. He's waited over 7 months at the shelter for his lucky day to get busted out of here. Will you be the one to take him home? If you can't adopt right now, perhaps you'd think of fostering Patrick? Come by and visit Patrick!Regular adoption fee is $40. Adoption fee covers spay/neuter, vaccinations, and microchip.
