what's up with the landscaping by Freebirds next to HEB? the wee

I thought freebirds closed, but its still going.

I noticed that yesterday myself. Freebirds is definitely not keeping up the landscape properly. Are they going out of business? It never looks like anyone is in there.

It's those damn people that don't put their carts in the cart corral. lol

Staples : I know, when the wind picks up those damn carts start attacking in waves with no regard for life or property.

I think any chain unless it's a super popular one, will not do well there. A "hip" cafe might.

I think any chain unless it's a super popular one, will not do well there. A "hip" cafe might. It's sad to see them set up shop and then fail. We decided the food was overpriced, sitting around too long and one day one of their people was rude. If it shuts down - no more Mexican Food Please! I do love good Mexican food but we have enough.

Ha Ha! Funny. I am talking about maybe places similar to Brass Tap, Torchy's or something a bit nicer than the burrito or skinny chicken places that have been there.

forestfairy : I know you said no more Mexican food, but I've always thought that Kingwood Taco Shop should be there instead of in the way back in no-man's land (for me at least)

But Fuzzy's Tacos is going in where Fudruckers was so that would be a lot of Tacos to choose from with Torchy's being there.
