QueenB : In a lot of my international travel, I would see people sleeping on whatever they could find, or had in their carry-on luggage. This is the time of year when lots of youth groups / students are returning hope from camps, trips, etc., and they could have had flight delays prompting them to break out their own stuff to sleep and wait for reschedules.
buffaloglenn : For sure! It was just weird because every cot was a matching tan Coleman cot with metal legs. Unless the airline brought them out for them, which would also be weird.
QueenB : That is very weird . No way would I feel safe in those circumstances. What happened to hotel rooms being comped when flights are delayed?

Kittle : It is different but if the airline did this for their passengers kinda cool. Not everyone is entitled to hotel rooms.
luv2eatsushi : I will say that all of my delays on that flight were weather related but United still offered everyone a hotel and meal voucher even though they didn't have to.
muffy : If you just have a carry on just loop it to your body with a piece of cord so you can sleep ?
I don't think I could sleep on a cot at an airport. I would be afraid someone might steal my stuff.
