@YMV2827 : Three B's food is top-notch, but the service is not always top-notch. My last visit there, and I am a regular, I told my DH in 30 seconds I am getting up and walking out if someone doesn't come up to our table and give us a menu. She arrived within five seconds of me walking out. After we had been seated, we waited longer than five minutes for anyone to walk up to us and even acknowledge that we were in the restaurant. When my DH was in college for his second degree I was head waitress at the Westchase Hilton and Towers in Houston, I trained every waiter and waitress for three years, so my expectations might be a little higher than most, but five minutes and zero acknowledgment? Nope that will never work for me. And they weren't even busy. This was early lunch time.

Ruger5 : This happened to us this last week. We were ready to leave and a server came to table next to ours and I asked him if he could find out who had our table. He found out who it was and then took over our table. The were busy and they had the person handling our table waiting the table outside too so she was running ragged. She did stop and apologize but the guy who took over was awesome.

Nusiance : My gal saw us walk in, we made eye contact, she ignored us for five solid minutes. Not ok. Oh, and none of them were busy. This was 11:00 am. Slow time. We watched her chat with co servers. Nope, not cool.

Ruger5 : Same here she knew we were waiting as she passed our table several times. On this occasion they were busier than I've seen them in a long time. At least time of say we go which is usually late lunch. Not that I am saying it is OK I do not like to be kept waiting.

Nusiance : I would've been fine waiting if she had at least signaled she saw us. Greeted us with a wave of her hand even. She stood within eye shot of us and conversed with coworkers for way too long. It was frankly bizarre.

Ruger5 : At least ours was moving all the time and not standing around talking.

Nusiance : That makes a big difference

Ruger5 : Waiters in Kingwood are not professionals. That is one reason high end restaurants do not survive here
