What's the BEST thing about living in Kingwood/Houston area.

As I said. Never in doubt.

Convenience is a big plus. Small town atmosphere with big city attractions next door. Greatest medical center. Greatest people who come together despite difference when there is a need. Trees. Bluebirds!

Thats your opinion. He's an Atascocita product and there's nothing wrong with him making the choice reflecting his background. To be honest Kingwood has changed dramatically since I moved here in February of 85 and not in a good way. 4 of my 5 children graduated from KHS as has my oldest grandson. Bob Lanier royally screwed the Kingwood community when he annexed us and we have gone downhill since then.

My wife moved to Forest Cove in 1970 and concurs with my observation as do many other long term Kingwood residents regarding the negative effects of being annexed by the COH. Lanier and the subsequent mayors have regarded Kingwood as an outlying irritant.

I love so much about Kingwood! Mainly the friendly people, but I love that there's such a small town feeling about living here!
