I wonder if he might have escaped from the "waiting room treatment area" or the "gourney suite in the hallway" ? Do they have to wait forever like normal people?

If he was ill enough to need to be taken to a trauma center, it seems surprising that he was in a condition to escape.

So…. Did they catch him? Find him?
