I don't live there anymore but it's always stunk most of the time. It's time to start filing complaints again and call local news to report it. This has been an ongoing issue for a long while. Last time, they made them shut down to resolve the problems immediately and they ended up having their pumps malfunctioning and was backing up sewage. It was all over the news in definitely would not drink the water and file complaint's!
