He is innocent until proven guilty...which he will be. Until he is proven guilty, they have to protect him, though he nor the 'mom' protected that sweet, innocent Baby ( don't get me started). Once he is found guilty, they will throw him into general pop, and he won't last long. As awful as these perps are, when one hurts a child, ALL bets are off with inmates.

Liberal judge? Nowhere in the article does it say he is liberal or Democrat. In fact, the $1 million bond tells me he takes this case quite seriously. He's also only protecting the defendant through the judicial process, which he has an obligation to do. Whatever happens to him after that is beyond his control.

Yeah, you are correct about the "judicial system" requirement. I don't profess to be aware of all the aspects of it. I was just really angry.
