They refuse to renew the contract with Joe but he tried!. He did get H-E-B on there ,and that's a great place for Thanksgiving groceries.

Despite fighting with them for multiple days...we tried...appealed it, got a final decision that we weren't going to be allowed to buy their cards any more...said they couldn't verify our company, despite buying cards from them for nearly 10 years, and spending many thousands of dollars on cards...really stupid on their part...

I loved the walmart cards.
I collected them and actually used them to outfit our temporary apartment here over the winter. My dh was ready to pull out his wallet and I said, hold on, I had a few. I also used them while traveling rather than swiping in a podunk town we passed through. Can we get a visa card?

Wow, that's strange. I honestly thought KDC just bought the cards, and didn't realize there was a contract with each place.

We do buy them. But if you buy a certain amount, the orders start getting flagged by their risk management system, and they force you to apply for a corporate account. Same price to buy, but you can buy in bulk without getting flagged…we got approved for the program years ago…then they updated something, we had to reapply, and they kicked us out because they couldn't verify that we were a legitimate business legally operating in Texas…despite, you know, having paperwork from Texas saying we were legally operating, despite showing proof of taxes paid to Texas, and despite having bought over $50k of Walmart cards from them over many years….it is genuinely incredibly stupid bureacracy from Walmart that defies logic.

Joe : Oh well. I shop at HEB much more often than Walmart, so no harm here.
