Volunteers Needed - Boy Scout Mulch Pile Help

Sheepish :
Great advice!

KarnaRobbins :
Not saying they don't work hard. Just ironic that they didn't have the delivery people come fix their own mess. Teach those scouts to make people accountable.
Glad you and other's showed up.
Btw just my opinion man.

A few leaders were part of the cleanup. The scouts are in school. I'm sure if this was left to this afternoon we wouldn't have had a bunch of scouts there, but we wanted to make sure we were not blocking the lanes so we jumped on it immediately! Thanks for your concern!

beadweaver :
The company hired contractors to deliver the product to the site. They were horrified when they heard about the situation. All is good now!

KarnaRobbins :
I get that. However it was a delivery issue and that I would have had issue with and insisted they come clean it up. Teaching moments come in all ways.
Just my opinion man

KarnaRobbins :
But did they donate those delivery charges back to the scouts? Somebody should suggest that. So easy to say oops sorry.
I'm glad it worked out for you.

KarnaRobbins: that's very sweet.
