Video: Man Allegedly Exposed Himself to Teenage Girl At Kingwood StarbucksThe Houston Police Department is investigating a report of public lewdness at a Kingwood coffee shop after a man allegedly exposed himself to a teenager girl on Tuesday.The incident occurred Dec. 16 at the Starbucks located near the intersection of Kingwood Drive and Green Oak Drive. According to family members and a report filed with HPD, a 15-year-old girl was studying inside the business when an adult male sat near her and remained there for an extended period.The victim's family stated that the man initially attempted to engage the girl in "friendly" small talk. The interaction escalated into inappropriate and alarming behavior when the man reportedly began exposing and touching himself.The teenager was able to record a video of the behavior before notifying store staff and leaving the store.A police report has been filed, and the police will be checking store surveillance video."We are sharing this out of concern for public safety, particularly for minors and young people who spend time in public spaces," the victim's relative said in a statement.The Houston Police Department has not yet identified a suspect. Authorities are asking anyone who may have witnessed suspicious behavior at the Kingwood Drive Starbucks on Tuesday afternoon to contact the Kingwood police substation.
