bigcity : Where you been all my life bro? Natural casing is still available at Central Market if you don't mind Sabretts... They're good but not Nathan's. Otherwise, it's possible to acquire Boar's head franks locally and they're natural casing but a bit lacking in flavor and seasoning. Did you know that Sabretts, Nathan's and Hebrew National are all made in the same facility? The only difference between them is the spice.

@NullAmpersand : I like hot dogs with casings but I look for ones that have a beef casing. Most have pork or sheep casings. Nathan's uses sheep! I find it funny sometimes that claim they are all beef and then they use a pork casing...lol!!

@NullAmpersand : I love Utz. Lived outside of Lancaster for 4 years and loved their products. So many things have come out of that area. Auntie Anne's pretzels is another one. Check out the sample pack of Utz.
