So there were utility trucks working a few houses down with what looked like tanks on their trucks. Now I have dark water in the toilets. Doesn't smell like sewage! Anybody else in Trailwood having an issue?? Near Running Springs.

RachelS : Water in kitchen sink seems fine. Just commode has brown sediment. Whatever they did when digging it didn't take long.

In years past, the water lines used to be flushed and we would have "brown" water for a couple of hours or days. In my area, we were usually alerted that the lines were going to be flushed. Things don't work quite that way now that we belong to the COH..

RachelS: Turn on the cold water only in your bathtub and run it till the water clears up. May take a few minutes.

GeauxTiger59 : I moved here in 1980 and they were always flushing the lines. They never warned anyone and invariably I would have a load of whites in the laundry. It was maddening!
