Update old HEB center!

So happy another space will be occupied ! I love to support a new business! A pet area would be wonderful , hopefully the center will change their mind !

It's been "for lease" for quite some time now.

Nothing has been announced however they have recently recommenced demolition of that area

billcherie2 : That's such a good idea and I don't see why they don't do it. That parking lot is only ever like 10% full so there's plenty of space. You go to Europe and it's the norm for small restaurants to have a huge outdoor seating area spilling out into the sidewalk. Even with heaters in the winter. Sure it's a parking lot but throw out some nice tables and some potted palms or something and it'd be such an improvement over the dull strip malls where obviously nobody wants to spend time.
