FreebyrdII : That's great news. We'll give the a try when they open.
So all the 'new' storefronts that they built are now leased, right?
TheStig : Competition is GREAT…… the mediocre ones will fail
FreebyrdII : I get it, but homemade pizza is the best! It's my opinion and still think it's too many pizza joints.
aggiebutterfly : Actually, another new Kingwood restaurant, The Flying Biscuit, right next door to Parry's will be using that space and that outdoor area will be pet friendlyðŸ‘ðŸ»

FreebyrdII aggiebutterfly : Maybe set up an outdoor patio with umbrellas in the parking area and a bar/ice house where the shoe shop was and a pet court yard ?
billcherie2 : We have tried so many times to convince the center's owners to allow us to set up a coffee clutch/dog area in the center near our shop but the answer is a definite no. I can't even imagine how much fun that would be for everyone.
Update…… old HEB center! parryspizza.com/loca tions/kingwood/ Construction foreman came in just now who will be working on the Parry's pizza place starting TODAY! He said if we have any issues with the noise or anything to call the phone number he left. Completetion will take maybe 4 months or more bc it's a very detailed place is what he said.
FreebyrdII : Another pizza joint?

FreebyrdII : Oh! Parry's pizza. I thought you were referring to Perry's steakhouse that we were anticipating a couple years ago. Oops! Hopefully they have success and we have another pizza place. I haven't even dined & The Flying Biscuit so I'll try that restaurant out first for sure. This discussion has been locked.
