Kittle : It was at the Northpark, WLH intersection on all 4 corners. It's not the first time they have been there over the last few years.

GiggleMugs : Ahhh that is why I haven't seen them - I am rarely at that intersection. Helping the needy is one thing, and we should help. Supporting that kind of behavior is a big no.
