Turned from Feather Lakes onto West Lake Houston. Today at 1:55 P.M. A vehicle came out of the Kings Crossing Care Care parking area and drove down the sidewalk instead of the street to get to the other side of the building. I hope that it was not an employee driving someone's car to be repaired.
