The Trump administration is suing to prevent the Alaska Senate election from being certified if Republican Sen. Daniel Sullivan loses to Democrat Mary Peltola because of the other Dan Sullivan who is on the ballot.

Actually, the other Sullivan is listed as Daniel J Sullivan and is the fourth ranked choice.
We may not know who won this race right away as Peltola is looking good for a win now.
