if they are still going strong after 11 pm, you can call the non emergency line to report them. you might not be the only one calling. maybe it's a birthday or similar, and they are at the end of the party; doing fireworks at the end. I hope!

Kittle : We live in the suburbs, though. Lots of grace is needed. I think if it goes past Midnight, it's inconsiderate.

Welcome to my world. I hear loud bass just about every early morning past midnight. Today at 2:30 A.M. it is jet engine of a low flying plane. During the day and until night neighbor dog barks non-stop. They keep it outside most days. Too big for the dog crate in the backyard.

What time did things calm down over there?

I must have been dead to the world because I did not hear anything last night. How long did it go on?

It stopped abruptly arround 10:30. I think perhaps a closer neighbor may have intervened; we are a bit distant but it startled us when it began. When I stepped out on the patio voices were loud and clear. If I was closer I would have kindly asked them to tone it down.

that's good, glad y'all had a peaceful night. none of us are against fun and celebrations; they just need to be considerate of all involved. or, maybe let your neighbors know via ND pr Facebook pages, so neighbors are aware.
