Let's take bets on long it will take someone to complain about TJ's once it opens:

...not a butcher there...lines too long...terrible parking...don't take coupons....don't carry name brands...too expensive....employees look like hippies...???

Kingwood is a tough business environment. There's absolutely no through traffic. For the most part you come in from 59 and you exit to 59. No one comes to Kingwood unless they live here or they're visiting someone who lives here. There's really no way to pass through on your way to somewhere else like businesses on 59, 99, 1960, etc. Your demographic is essentially limited to residents of Kingwood. Tough way to pay the rent.
