Trader Joe's Kingwood update

Oh my goodness, I can't imagine losing two in such a short timeframe. Yes I still have a huge hole in my heart that I'm trying to learn to adjust to the new normal. I miss her so much. There are days when I can really feel her strong presence and that brings me comfort. I hope she continues to stay close to me. Maybe one of these days we can both open our hearts and homes to a new fur baby.

Awesome news. We need options in addition to Kroger and HEB with a different shopping experience. Opening in 2026 is better than not coming at all.

Been watching blind reviews of various foods on Epicurious (via YouTube). The reviewers expected Trader Joe's stuff (spaghetti sauce, pancake mix, frozen pizza...) to fare well, but were disappointed. Maybe the hype is just that. Still, looking forward to TJ's (and first Sprouts) opening.

I drove by there yesterday and today… they were unloading some type of floor machines into the side doors yesterday. Today there were a lot of loud cutting noises coming from inside (they had the side doors open again) and a large truck parked with what looked like a stack of ceiling insulation. Progress!!! (I am a HUGE TJ's fan)

Ruger5 : We already have 2 hobby lobby stores in the area. Humble and Valley Ranch.

Weathergirl5 : It's not a done deal until TJ announces it as a new location coming. I hope it happens. I usually shop at the TJ on Shepherd.

We were told by the Woodlands store manage, possibly the latter part of 2026 and not to give up hope. We can all hope, hope, hope. It's a fun place to shop.
