LittleTexas : We have air tags in ours but. I never thought about looking for the car in the parking lot. That makes sense!

When I was young and broke, I put a "dead man " switch under the dash of whatever I drove I didn't have to look for it because they couldn't start it.
billcherie2 : I agree that is the best way to keep someone from taking a vehicle. I think we have that on this truck but hubby calls it a kill switch. Is that the same thing? We are super hyper after having 2 trucks stolen. Now, our trucks have to have an alarm, Ravelco, and tracking. All this is a bit over done but I'll be dammed if someone is going to get another one of our trucks. The problem with the kill switch and the Ravelco is someone might forget to flick the kill switch or remove the Ravelco fob. So, having a way to track it is important to us. We have LoJack on the truck that was recovered after being stolen. I am sure we would have never seen it again if it weren't for the LoJack.
TEXASGIRLMAMMA : If you are a Verizon customer, they have the Hum device that is similar to Bouncie and plugs in. One of our cars was recovered once with it. A second time we were tracking it and found Hum smashed in a gas station parking lot, car long gone. We found the car later.
