boobear - as I consider you one of the kdc founders, can you help answer the question above?  I was wondering too if we were getting close to a record on a "real" thread.  The hot chicks thread always went longer, but it was mostly pictures.  The shopping cart thread might have reached 20; I don't remember.

We went 35 a few years back on a "looking for friends" thread..

This one is already fading and has no chance. Maybe if we blame it on Trump we can get some momentum again. 4951

I doubt even that would help. Now, if we could get Trump to tweet about it, then maybe we would have a chance, because every CNN and MSNBC liberal would be coming on here, telling us that we need to DEMAND to be heard! 4951

Orrrr..who had issues parking at Randall's or HEB bc of abandoned shopping carts? They'd probably help pitch in for fireworks if they didn't have to pay people to go collect those.....

>> I can't believe this discussion is still ongoing...or still going on....or continuing...Hey, lets have a 20 page debate over grammar...makes about as much sense as a debate over fireworks

Maybe someone lost their dog during the fireworks fiasco. That could get us a few more pages. 4951

Actually, now that you mention it, I had a friend that had business in the Randall's strip center and she said she couldn't park there, because everyone was parking there for the fireworks. 4951

Or maybe someone could make a post desperately asking for help but then provide no details whatsoever on what kind of help they need or why they need it.  4951

Wait...So you'se guys are telling me that my KCC dues paid for the fireworks and you could see them from TCP?! This is nonsense. I pay a ton of money every month to feel entitled and nobody else should enjoy the show./sarcasm 4951

allymansfield: Love how you used the past tense of done did it (gone done did it)!  One of my favorite sayings. Where's CantstandTex when you need him to help extend a thread?
