Rest and Gatorade are the best idea. Stick to the BRAT diet, for a day or two, when you do feel like eating: bananas, rice, applesauce, toast. Stay away from caffeine, greasy or heavy foods. Hope you feel better, soon!
I have had three, once after getting food poisoning from bad clams. I was disgustingly sick on a Friday night. I wont go into details! 🤮 Lost lots of fluids and was super weak. I had a long planned AC/DC concert on Sunday so I needed a major boost fast. Had the Myers IV on Saturday afternoon and felt great by showtime Sunday night. Have had them a couple other times when I came back from international travel and felt weak and jet lagged. I am a believer!

cbear : It appears that ingredients are mostly vitamins, so it shouldn't make anyone jittery. But this is just my opinion, could be different for someone else. Here is what I have found: "The Myers' Cocktail IV contains a blend of essential vitamins and minerals commonly used to support overall wellness. Here's a closer look at the ingredients included in this infusion: Magnesium Chloride - Involved in muscle and nerve function, magnesium chloride plays a role in maintaining normal blood pressure and supporting relaxation. B-Complex Vitamins - A group of vitamins that contribute to energy metabolism, brain function and nervous system health. Hydroxo B12 - A form of vitamin B12 that plays a role in red blood cell formation and supports nerve function. Calcium Gluconate - Contributes to bone health and supports normal nerve signaling and muscle contraction. Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) - Acts as an antioxidant, supporting normal immune function and helping to protect cells from oxidative stress. Optional Add-Ons: Some providers may modify the infusion with additional ingredients such as glutathione, an antioxidant involved in detoxification, or zinc, which plays a role in immune system function."
I would report it to the health department. They need to trace where it came from. It could be improper food handling by Torchy's or if could be a tainted product that was delivered.
What is a few day ordeal for you, could be deadly to someone else.
I just threw up but because I ate there. I ate somewhere else and the food just did not agree with me. My son ate half f what I ate and he is fine. An hour later I still fell awful.
