But you don't actually know if you got it from a place unless a group of folks get sick. My son ate half of what I ate for lunch and did not get sick.

Please report this to Houston Health Department. Too often people just let it go - but these establishments should be held accountable for the safety of their food.

Donnawisdom : In the original post, it was blamed on Torchy's....if your son ate half and didn't get sick, don't blame Torchy's, look back to what you ate in common with the other person that got sick.

I was the only one that got sick and it was not the at the same place. I am showing that it seemed like I got sick from the food but my son ate my other half that I brought home and he was fine. It was just a problem for me.

We had Torchy's last night (Sunday) and none of us (4 people) are sick. Two Trailer Parks (chicken), The brisket taco & the salmon taco along with Chips & Queso and refried beans.
